Are as follows:  

 Arc 1 - Foundational Leadership is for inexperience or new managers. The objective is to establish core management skills and introduce essential leadership concepts to the learner.

Arc 2 - Intermediate Leadership is for mid-level or developing managers. It’s designed to deepen leadership capacity and introduce strategic thinking.

Arc 3 - Advanced Leadership is for senior / strategic leaders to help them prepare for executive-level influence and organizational leadership.
